Slimming World – week 3 update

I can’t quite believe it, but this week I’ve lost 4lbs! That makes a total loss of 8lbs in three weeks! The amazing part is that I’m eating lots and I’m rarely hungry – it’s fab!

I wanted to weigh 9st 7lbs for our holiday to Portugal, which is in just under four weeks away. My massive loss means that I’m now only 1lb from my target!
I’m hoping to at least maintain this week. If I lose it’s a bonus, but I think I should be realistic. Plus, I indulged a little at the weekend and had Pizza Hut and cheesecake!!
I’m planning to try and do a bit more exercise this week – spinning tonight and hopefully a run later in the week.
I really like Slimming World and definitely recommend it if, like me, you like food and big portions!

    Wow that's amazing Jemma. I'm in my first week of SW and am amazed at what I can eat. I'm finding the bread thing difficult though cos I don't like wholemeal bread. You've done really well though. Would love to see your third week food diary! xx

    Thanks Cheryl I think the first week is the hardest, but you soon it into it. I didn't keep a diary last week (naughty), but it was similar to what I ate the week before, which is available in here. Good luck!

    Yes it's hard remembering to keep writing everything down. I've got my first week weigh in tomorrow night but I think I've done okay. Hoping for 4lb off. xx
