Our 2019 travel plans

As 2018 draws to a close its time to start thinking about where we want to explore in the year ahead, in fact planning our holidays, helps me to get through winter! I thought I’d share our 2019 travel plans on here. Tenerife Technically this one commences in 2018, but as it also falls in 2019, I thought I should include it. We’re heading to Tenerife on 29th Dec for a week and I can’t wait. The last couple of months have been a bit stressful with one thing and another. Plus, I always find the run up to Christmas…

Our summer holiday in Benahavis

Every year since we had the twins, we’ve been to Benahavis for our summer holiday. I think it’s fair to say that the place has stolen a piece of our heart and is somewhere we will always return to. Benahavis is a small village, set slightly inland, about 15 minutes drive away from Puerto Banus, Marbella. A little village set in the mountains, about 15 minutes from the glam resort of Puerto Banus. Simon’s boss had recommended it and as we didn’t want to travel too far, with baby twins in tow, we thought we’d give it a…

Our summer holiday

We’ve recently returned from our summer holiday, which was lovely. We went to a place called Benahavis, which is near Marbella. It’s a beautiful spanish mountain village, which we first discovered three years ago. I’m planning on writing a blog post to tell you more about it as a place to visit, so keep your eyes peeled… Our arrival was quite eventful as we had forgotten the twins travel cots and the airline had lost one of their car seats! Luckily there was a Mothercare type place 1 mile from the airport so we were able to buy what we…
