It’s been a while since I’ve written a weekly weigh in post. My last one was just before we went on holiday and on weighing myself the day before we left, I had managed to get down to my target of 9st 7lbs – yippee!
However, me being me, I put 5lbs back on whilst away. I’d pretty much expected this. I can gain weight super fast, but can also lose it relatively quickly too. Unfortunately I didn’t get straight back on to the healthy eating. I tried, but post-holiday blues and no forthcoming holiday to motivate me, meant that I haven’t been as strict as I should be. The result…another 1lb on!
This week I have decided enough is enough and I am back on it! I weighed myself yesterday morning and I’m not back at 9st 13lb. Hopefully not for long though…
