Slimming World – week 2

Slimming World – week 2

I’m delighted to report that I have lost another 1lb. That’s 4lbs lost in two weeks. I’m pretty happy with that and only over 5lb more to lose, which I’m hoping to achieve before we go to Portugal for Easter.

I’m enjoying the Slimming World programme and have found the last week easier than the first. I’ve broken my habit of snacking on cereal bars and having chocolate in the evenings and I’m much more used to what’s allowed and what should be avoided.

I’ve decided to list all the meals I’ve had this week. This will give you a flavour of the programme, and will also mean that when I go off track I can have a look back to see what I need to do to keep those dreaded lbs at bay!
